New Oliver Stark Interview (Today)

Happy Sunday!

In case anyone missed it, there was a new Oliver Stark interview released over the weekend, Oliver Stark revisits that ‘9-1-1’ basketball scene ahead of his NBA All-Star Celebrity Game appearance by Maddie Ellis. It's an interesting article, because at one point he talked about a show possibly circling back to the motive or reason for why his 9-1-1 character Evan "Buck" Buckley was so jealous in the episode Buck, Bothered and Bewildered (season 7 episode 4).

New Ryan Guzman Interview (Forbes)

There's a new Ryan Guzman interview, ‘9-1-1’ Actor Ryan Guzman On His TV Journey And Living In The Moment by Jeff Conway. And if you haven't already read it, please give it a read. It's a pretty good article, he talked about his life, his acting career and his 9-1-1 character Edmundo "Eddie" Diaz.

Video: A clip from Oliver Stark's I've Never Said This Before podcast interview

I don't know why I was thinking about this video clip of Oliver Stark's interview for entertainment reporter Tommy DiDario's podcast I've Never Said This Before. Oliver was talking about when Buck first met Eddie and all the emotions Buck was going through. But the part that I was really thinking about was Oliver blushing at the thought or idea of a wedding between Buck and Eddie in 9-1-1's 10th season. The possibility of Eddie and Buck not only finally dating but getting married, I think Buck and Eddie (Buddie) fans would be ecstatic if that happened.

@tommydidario A wedding?! 🤷‍♂️🤣 A little teaser from my conversation with #OliverStark from #911onABC, dropping Tuesday 4/30. Video: Ryan Guzman's interview with People en Español magazine

At one point, Ryan Guzman was barely getting any interviews and now he's getting plenty of them. I really wish he had gotten interviewed during the fifth season of 9-1-1 because his character Edmundo "Eddie" Diaz was dealing with PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) and mental health issues. I would love to have known how he prepared for this storyline and what did he do to prepare himself to better represent the deterioration of Eddie's mental health. Maybe he's discussed this in some of his interviews, I haven't read or seen all of them. Maybe I'll check out some more of them to see if this topic was discussed.

Anyway, this People en Español interview is pretty good. He talked about his roles in both The Present movie and 9-1-1. As well as being Latino is Hollywood. For anyone who is interested in seeing the movieThe Present, it's available either on digital to rent or buy and on DVD and Blu-ray.

Video: A clip from Ryan Guzman's I've Never Said This Before podcast interview

Have you listened to the latest episode of entertainment reporter Tommy DiDario's podcast I’ve Never Said This Before? Ryan Guzman (who plays Edmundo "Eddie" Diaz) is the guest for this week's episode and it's really good. When you get a chance please give it a listen. Below is a clip from the interview where Ryan was talking about Eddie's mental health storyline for 9-1-1's fifth season. To listen to the full interview, here's the link

A few weeks ago, Ryan's co-star Oliver Stark (who plays Evan "Buck" Buckley) was also interviewed for the I've Never Said This Before podcast. And it's also really good. However, I forgot to post it but here is the link to his interview. Both of the links I posted are to Apple but this podcast is available on Spotify, iHeart and other sites.

Total sidenote but why does this picure look like Ryan is a Priest and Tommy is praying. I don't know, it's just the imagery.
