Happy St. Patrick's Day!
I hope everyone has a fun and magical St. Patrick's Day! And a special good luck to Christopher and Edmundo "Eddie" Diaz and Evan "Buck" Buckley, because they definitely need it.

Happy Juneteenth!
Juneteenth is a national holiday to celebrate the anniversary of the emancipation of enslaved African Americans. Today and everyday is a good day to learn more about the history of Juneteenth and to recognize that the struggle to achieve freedom and justice continues.
Happy Juneteenth!
Side note: I could see Buck going on an information binge wanting to know as much as he can about the holiday. And of course sharing all the information with all his friends who will be annoyed (lovingly) while they all celebrate Juneteenth.

Question: How do you think Eddie Diaz is dealing with Father's Day?
After 9-1-1's seventh season finale, for Father's Day this year, I don't think Edmundo "Eddie" Diaz would be looking forward to this day. He probably doubt it would be a good one especially with his son Christopher in El Paso, Texas with Eddie's parents. With Chris probably still mad at Eddie, he might not even call his father to wish him a Happy Father's Day. I also don't see Eddie calling his own father Ramon to wish him a Happy Father's Day. Especially not after Eddie's parents' Helena and Ramon weren't supportive and understanding to what he was going through. They were too busy being manipulative in fulfilling their wish of finally taking Chris away from Eddie.
However, I do think there might be a good part of his day. Since Evan "Buck" Buckley knows that today would be a difficult day for Eddie, he would want to cheer him up. So he would go over to Eddie's house early to either cook, order or take him out for breakfast. Then for the rest of the day, Buck either had things planned for them to do or they just randomly went to places. I think this day of either planned or random adventures would be just what Eddie needed especially if Chris didn't call or text him Happy Father's Day.
I would like to think that maybe before Eddie goes to bed that Chris will send a late text with a message. The message will be short and simple but at least Eddie received something from his son. But that just might be wishful thinking because he may end the day without any sort of communication from Chris.
